Search for Property
Discuss
preferences in size, areas, styles, age, floor plan, and develop
a property profile.
Search
the entire Western Washington real estate market as it applies
to your specific search, including the Multiple Listing Service
(MLS), properties for sale by owners, and new homes (where
appropriate).
Contract Offer
Analyze
and compare your property selection with the market to determine
the property's fair market value.
Explain
the choices available in each section of an offer to purchase
and explain the alternatives available to you.
Advise
you to seek legal counsel where appropriate.
Prepare
the offer to purchase in a manner which will protect YOUR
interest. Will provide proper disclosures regarding agency
representation and any other matters as required by law.
Develop
negotiation strategies with you, including pre-set limits
on key points of negotiation when you wish to do so.
After The Offer to Purchase
Is Accepted, we will
counsel
you about the need for home inspections and encourage you
to be present during inspections.

the Seller or the Seller's Agent in writing of inspectors'
findings and your choice of any options available to you.
maintain
contact with the title company, escrow and mortgage company
to confirm that your interests are being protected.
review
the settlement statement with you at or before closing.
